I was there from 9:15 am til 4:00pm. My car wasn’t even taken back and assessed until after 12:00pm. The customer service person who was handling my car left and went home never handed my car off to a technician for review which was why it took so long to even get started. My truck now has a knocking sound that wasn’t there before and my brakes feel extremely low compared to how they were before I brought my car in. Will never use this dealer location again. More
