Dave just celebrated his 30th anniversary with Ken Garff Mercedes-Benz. He originally started here in 1980, and now oversees all operations of the dealership. He loves Utah, and was born and raised in this area. Dave has achieved his Master Certification through Mercedes-Benz and knows the MB product inside and out with so many years of experience. When he's not in the office, he enjoys sporting events, relaxing outdoors, and spending time with his family.

my car was delivered with a low oil light on because the oil had not been filled, minor oil leak not repaired, new electrical issues and greasy footprints in the footwell. The car went back and dealer cla oil had not been filled, minor oil leak not repaired, new electrical issues and greasy footprints in the footwell. The car went back and dealer claimed a second oil leak had occurred as a result of the first oil leak being repaired. Car was delivered with a more severe oil leak. Dealer claims new, more serious leak is caused by previous leaks being repaired. Car is now back at the dealer for the third time. More

I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and after two months of horrendous experience from the sales person all the way to the management I could say the sales sales person at least is very tentative two months of horrendous experience from the sales person all the way to the management I could say the sales sales person at least is very tentative and willing to communicate. I’m expecting to rectify the supercharger adapter was send it out to me, which is a never got it been lost by UPS send a picture to me which is I send the proof back to the sales person to to prove that the UPS send that two picture for the same item with a different tracking number which on that day happened to I receive another item from a different company and I sent all that proof to the sale person to speak to UPS even said my text the other day didn’t bother even Reply. In addition from the sales all the way up to now is the experience was horrible. They send the car out to me have a lot of swirl on the car and I have to fight them to pay for correction of the painting. They didn’t even pay the full amount I have to contribute it, that’s how bad they are. They blame me to the poor sales person. I even attempt to speak to General manager, which I did. He promised to call back. He never did, which is odd for a general manager . I also speak to the sales department general manager, Brett Robson, which is he’s terrible every time they try to blame the salesperson which is very difficult since they are over seeing him and if he’s making a mistake, they should correct it so please please stay away from this place don’t buy any cars from them specially, from out of state that’s where I am . I fly there and told them when I’m arriving, but they were making an excuse for the wasn’t ready and didn’t allow me to see the car either. And I trust them to send me a car without having any any swirl on the paint and didn’t do that the tenting right. Just stay away from them I think shame on them More
