If it weren't for Dave Franchow, I would have to deal with selling my trade-ins on my own. Thanks for always giving me a fair trade-in value. Mike Kasparian, their service writer has been excellent to deal with anytime I had to have my car serviced. Also their service tech, Ken, is one of the best Mercedes techs out there. I also have to give a shout out to Mike in their parts department. He's always friendly and willing to help with all my parts questions. Last but not least, Mr. Taylor is the biggest Mercedes enthusiast. If you need to know something intimate about a Benz (new or old), he's your guy! Thanks for always answering my questions!
