I haven’t ever really been impressed with this service center. My first two experiences were not good. This last experience was fine, but the service took much longer than I was told it would. When I was given an update, “your van will be ready in 20 min”, 50 min later I had to ask for another update. More

Our first impressions were negative. We arrived to look at a car we called about the day before. The salesman we talked to told us he was busy with another customer and asked us to wait We arrived to look at a car we called about the day before. The salesman we talked to told us he was busy with another customer and asked us to wait. I told him we were in a bit if a time crunch. Could he find another salesman. He tried, but everyone else was unavailable. I pointed out a person sitting at a computer and asked, What about him? He then asked Roger and he then helped us. Bottom line is, I didn't think I should have to wait a half hour to buy a car. Roger was very accommodating and brought out several cars for us to look at. Ultimately we settled on the 3rd car that was presented to us. I have an old saying that I like to repeat to companies that I deal with. " we can buy your products at many different places, what you're really selling is service" the company that provides the best service is the one that gets my business. More
