Recall I had to schedule an appointment and take off work bc of a recall bc they don’t do them on weekends and only the weekdays! I was told on the phone whe I had to schedule an appointment and take off work bc of a recall bc they don’t do them on weekends and only the weekdays! I was told on the phone when making the appointment that it was an in and out appointment! When I got there the guy told me a couple of hrs not as they promised me on the phone so I decided to stay and wait anyways! Two hrs later the guy comes in and tells me he’s waiting for a part on my car that the mechanic broke and he didn’t know how long it was going to take until he got the part but it will be sometime that day! He offered me a shuttle home and the shuttle driver told me just to call him when the dealership called me to get the car and he would come back and pick me up! I waited 6 hrs later and about 2hrs before they closed I decided to call them bc they never called me! He then told me he will call me back bc he wasn’t sure when the car will be ready and when he called me back he told me the car will be done at 530... that’s a half hour before they close! I then call the shuttle driver to come pick me back up but I didn’t get an answer so I called the dealership... the guy at the dealership told me that the shuttle guy is done for the day! Now I have no ride to get my car and what an inconvenience this was! I had to get an Uber to get my car! When I finally got my car back... there was screws left on the floor that the mechanic never screwed back and my dashboard was not put back how it originally was! I will never be returning to this dealership for anything or just not by a ford again period bc customer service sucks point blank More

3 Years Overseas I recently brought my truck in for service.
