While we were waiting for our car to be detailed, he checked in with us several times and made sure things were moving along. my Salesman Josh was Great, as were the other people I encountered, from the used car manager to the finance manager and the other employees in the building. my only complaint was the time it took to pr encountered, from the used car manager to the finance manager and the other employees in the building. my only complaint was the time it took to process the entire transaction. Pretty disappointed in the follow up service from this dealership. The buying process was fine. Problem is we have been driving on our temporary tags for 90 days now and repeated calls to the administra dealership. The buying process was fine. Problem is we have been driving on our temporary tags for 90 days now and repeated calls to the administrative and sales offices to find out status of registration papers and permanent license plate are not returned. I also have to chuckle when told by staff to please provide a review and anything less than a 5 star review is considered to be a failure. So, you need to question all these reviews. More
