My only concern is my service was to be an hour tops. It wasn’t finished for two and a half hours. Perhaps, they overbooked or a mechanic called in sick? First time at Handy Toyota for service. Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when the Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. The employees are wonderful, what isnt wonderful is the three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. My car is brand new, this was the first service, really shouldnt have taken three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. My car is brand new, this was the first service, really shouldnt have taken that long. I wasnt the only one who waited hours for a tire change over, sounds like that portion of the service center needs to be worked on. I really should have just gone somewhere else, I had just had surgery the day prior and waiting almost 4 hours was not great. I have been to plenty of other service shops that do not take this long.
