I wanted something spacious, sleek and most of all, safe for my first child, but it also needed to fit the role of a "hot mom car for me to bite." My family had owned MB's most of my life so I was very familiar with the quality but had never ventured into the waters myself. I was serendipitously paired with Darrell Gough and the rest is history! Not only did Darrell make me feel at home and like family, he treated my mother, father and husband with the same kind hospitality (which speaks to his patience because I had each of these members of my family come in with me on separate occasions to get their opinions on my prospective car and the dealership). I spent several weeks going back and forth about which vehicle I wanted. Darrell was incredibly patient with me, even coming in on his day off to tend to my inquiries. I must also give a shout out to Dean who went above and beyond to ensure I got the EXACT AMG I wanted. When it was all said and done, I not only got what I wanted, I got more -- with additional features that I was happy to accept! Everyone I encountered in the dealership was incredibly kind, from the receptionists to the service team. They truly want you to feel safe and at home. It is safe to say, I have been converted to a Mercedes-Benz Woman for life. As long as Darrell is in his office, I will be a customer in Annapolis. Wouldn't want to work with anyone else! Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis sales process is 5-stars plus. I had called ahead to test drive a used Porsche Macan S. Wayne followed up to ensure I had no problems finding the dealership. It was raining the day I arrived, but Wayne had fully detailed the car and left it in the car port for me to view before the test drive. He said "I know we plan to take it in the rain, but I'd like for you to look over the vehicle to make sure you are comfortable with the condition before we drive. I'd also like you to stay dry while doing it." To say I loved the vehicle was an under statement. After the test drive we sat down to discuss next steps. No pressure, just an open conversation. After some great discussion about the vehicle, price, inspection, etc. I decided to purchase the vehicle. The only problem was I lived an hour and a half away, and had another car I was driving. Wayne said no problem... we will ship your car back to you (at no cost). They filled the new car up with gas, I signed the paperwork and was on the road. Car showed up next day no problems. If you are in the market for a car, any car.... I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Ask for Wayne. I've been in the car business for a long time... and hands down, this was the best sales experience I've ever had. I will be calling them again for my next car for sure.
