Other then Dario, my experience has been terrible. The finance manager made me apply to a bank that I didn't want to use with a higher interest rate than what was on my pre-approval letter I showed me The finance manager made me apply to a bank that I didn't want to use with a higher interest rate than what was on my pre-approval letter I showed me. When I questioned him about the interest rate, he told me I was wrong. He also wouldn't let me say NO to the add on. He didn't tell me the warranty coverage was going to cost me $5000.00. The dealership didn't even add windshield washer fuild to the vehicle. More
