This is the second vehicle I have purchased from CBB and it will be the absolute last. CBB was given paperwork the day we purchased the car stating when exactly the check would arrive and raised no issues o it will be the absolute last. CBB was given paperwork the day we purchased the car stating when exactly the check would arrive and raised no issues or concerns with it being 7-10 Business days. On Business Day 6, I received a call asking if I had any updates. I called the credit union and gave the info of 7 - 10 days. The literal very next day I received messages again asking for an update. I was then given demands that I needed to come back in a sign a new contract for CBBs security or bring the car back til the funds arrived, as the check hadnt arrived in 3 days and they have a supposed policy to not release a vehicle unless the money has arrived. Yet they again had documentation showing the expected SLA on the check. This went so far that it reminded me that the first time I purchased a vehicle from here in '19 this same finance department tried to screw me out of a rate that was discounted to being an employee at the financial institution that was financing that vehicle. If it hadn't been for Danny this vehicle would have been returned and I would have happily purchased a similar vehicle from a company that tried to make their screw up my issue. Be wary of dealing with their finance department. More
