Danilo Aviles was terrific from his beginning introduction to me to ‘final signature’ of my husband and myself. Knowing the value of a CarFax-rated auto, I was all the more assured that my Gold-Certified Toyota would be a quality vehicle that I can look forward to enjoying for many years to come, He and Jared in finance were very kind and understanding of my husband’s physical discomfort the day of ‘official purchase’. (Parkinson’s symptoms reared their ugly head hard that day while he needed to ‘endure’ all the needed signings and other details, which to him ‘seemed like eternity’. Kindness and helpfulness to ‘people in need’ is a real plus not unnoticed by us, and we heartily commend Dan and Jared for ‘speeding the process along to accommodate us’. Ethics, kindness, and top-notch professionalism demonstrated by Dan (and Jared), indicative of standard set by Ken Ganley Toyota, are not ‘lost on us’. Respect and integrity means everything. More
