Here is my experience: No pressure - and I get to call the shots. I tell my friends when they go to a dealership to wear running shoes. You don’t need that at Coastal. It's my understanding that the dealership went through an ownership and at first,t I was hesitant to come in but had to go in for an open recall on my Tahoe.
