Daniel Pasco was truly an amazing and kind officer who guided us from the very beginning and helped us become the proud owners of our new 2026 car. My husband and I are both very new to the USA, with very low credit history — or as Daniel kindly explained, a “thin file.” Despite this challenge, he made our dream a reality. He took his valuable time to explain every detail about the cars and their available options, clearly outlining the advantages and disadvantages. Once we decided which car to purchase, he helped us customize it exactly the way we wished, especially the interior, paying attention even to the smallest details. Daniel answered every question with patience, never hesitated to help, and kept running back and forth to get everything done so our order could be completed smoothly. With his guidance, we placed the order and waited for the car to arrive. Just two days ago, our car arrived at Toyota Heritage, and Daniel was so excited to call us and let us know. He finalized all the paperwork and prepared the car for us in a very short time. We visited Toyota, signed the documents, and everything was completed. But then came the real challenge — figuring out how to make the full payment after using our savings for the initial amount. We knew very little about financial options in the USA. Daniel once again guided us, teaching us the entire process, sharing all the available financing options, and even connecting us with credit unions. Thanks to his immense support, we were able to secure a good interest rate through Toyota Financial Services, despite our “thin file” credit history. From the very first day until the very last step, Daniel was there with us — with his great service, positive energy, warm smile, and endless support. If we could give him not just 5 stars but 1000 stars, we would. His service went far beyond what was expected, and meeting him was just as joyful as becoming the proud owners of our new car. More

We purchased our 3rd. vehicle from Dan Pasco at Heritage Toyota. Dan is terrific to do business with. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and the newer model vehicle from Dan Pasco at Heritage Toyota. Dan is terrific to do business with. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and the newer models did not have the same amount of headroom so he asked us if we wanted to try a larger vehicle. We did and we decided to purchase it. It was a very non hurried, low key, no pressure sale. Dan is professional, very personable and detail oriented. Buying a car can be a stressful but Dan made it very easy for us. After we completed the transaction we went to finance.......which can be a whole level of stress. Dan introduced us to Patrick Weeks and everything was explained, questions answered and everything put together in a short period of time. Patrick was very personable and competent. When we left Heritage Toyota both of us were excited with how we were treated, the deal and rather than the feeling like we were ridden hard and put away wet, cross and exhausted. Thanks to Dan and recently Patrick we enjoyed purchasing from Heritage Toyota. We highly recommend them. Keeping the stress down for us was the strong point. I liked how it handled. Everyone I came across at the dealership always smiled and said hello. So not what you would typically think sales people would be. Rob Ploof, the person who ran the financetials with me was funny as well as good at his job. I am really happy with the friends and relative who recommended I go look at a Toyota. I am grateful for Daniel's patients in showing me what I needed to know about the car. I even have his email so if I have questions, I know how to reach him to get them answered. It was an experience I didn't expect but would recommend anyone to go ! More
