My wife went to the dealership to remove this garbage from the loan when we picked up the car and they talked her into "having a discussion with me" over keeping it. WHAT ABOUT THAT? Do you call that customer service? The conman Mr. Horvath packs 4000 dollars worth of junk I didn't authorize into the loan, and now the best thing you can do is try to convince me to keep these BS extended warranties that he snuck into my contract; instead of doing the right thing? (By the way, this is not the first time he's done this kind of thing.) What part of "NO" do you people not understand? The reason why my wife went in there and I didn't was because she knew I was going to be very direct. She only told me once we got home because she was afraid I would make a scene. I thought she had handled the situation when we picked up the car. She is not very good about handling confrontations, and you people sweet-talked and manipulated her into trying to keep all of this junk. Does that sound ethical to you? It appears that part of your business model is deception. By the way, did you guys lose my number? Why are you guys not contacting me? What is the purpose of this response Jacqueline? I take it you're not going to do anything for me; that's what I am reading from this. I also highly doubt you people strive for transparency and ethical practices, because if that was true, then we wouldn't be playing these games. It's bad enough you people tried to lowball and rip me off on my trade-in, offering me 1000 dollars for a 30k mile vehicle that the Nissan website valued at 10k, and you made it impossible to get the military discount; taking advantage of a service-disabled vet. You people are also dishonest about your factory warranty as well, and you put a useless GPS device that barely works (another thing I didn't ask for) that requires a subscription fee. It makes you wonder how many other innocent victims you people have taken advantage of. Do I need to get ahold of a consumer advocate, or are you guys going to continue to use stalling tactics to avoid fixing the financial chaos you've added to my loan? I've NEVER had this kind of problem with a dealership.
