Unfortunately, I am unable to write an outstanding review for my service occurring on March 8. I'll start by stating this review is solely for my March 8, 2025 appointment. It involved speaking with various mangers, directors, and even me having to write the corporate office. 1. My car sat the dealership for almost 3 weeks due to negligence. 2. After less than 72 hours of having the car, I was forced to return it again due to negligence. I am currently writing this review on April 2, 2025. I am approaching one month without a car that has been at the Arrigo Sawgrass Service Department because of declining customer service and lack of Diligence. More

With the ongoing issues and that my truck has been in the shop collectively for one year out of the less than two years we have owned it, I would appreciate a buy back. I know we discussed it and you’re the shop collectively for one year out of the less than two years we have owned it, I would appreciate a buy back. I know we discussed it and you’re not interested in the truck, but it is not about that. You sold me the truck and the warranty which was completely misrepresented by the finance department. Your shop has lost tens of thousands of dollars on this truck as well and will continue to because I will not stop bringing it to them. At this point it’s more about doing what is right than anything. I request a buyback for 90% of the purchase price or a trade-in at the full purchase price towards another used vehicle. I did not feel appreciated. The negotiation on the price came down to $300 that they wanted on top of my final offer. I don't think that was professional. When I went to pay for the vehicle and do the paperwork the finance manager tried to sell me insurance for mechanical breakdown. She literately told me that they vehicle was of very poor quality and it will break after 3 year and will cost me thousands of dollars to repair. She even said this was not a Honda or Toyota that last for many years. I told her that I did not want the insurance and also I was reconsidering buying the car. I thought that was very unprofessional too. When I left the dealer they gave me a memory stick with all the paperwork. As I checked it at the house it was empty. The whole experience was below par based on the amount of money I spent on this vehicle and the service that I received. More
