I purchased a used truck that they didn't have the title . I've had the truck since April 4th 2023 . I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LEGALLY DRIVE IT DUE TO NOT HAVING A TAG . I have the Surety bond and I am going to collect 1 way or another . More

I purchased my vehicle online and over phone conversations. Site unseen. I was told that the dealership had just replaced the 10 speed transmission and that I didn't have to worry about that for conversations. Site unseen. I was told that the dealership had just replaced the 10 speed transmission and that I didn't have to worry about that for the near future well it continues to skip 4th gear with a jump in moving while skipping that gear. I was told that by the salesman AWS SAFFO that he was overnighter me the title so I could sign it and return so as to get a new title in my name well that didn't happen . He also stated that the truck would arrive with a drive out tag so I could drive it till I got the new tag. Well that was March 28 I think. Well I didn't have a direct number for him so I had to call the dealership number and had to leave a message and I did that every other day until yesterday April 24 when I finally recieved a return call from AWS which he apologized and said that they couldn't find the title and was going to have to request a duplicate to send to me. But he would overnight me a drive out tag so I could legally drive my truck. So my first payment is coming due in a few days and I have NOT been able to drive my truck for the whole month. Another couple things are it didn't show up with any floormats. No jack or kick tool kit. No owners manual which is needed for the code for the door lock and unlock that has the code needed to reset the door code. It only showed up with one key fob it takes 2 key fobs to reset the lock unlock code for my phone so I can't set that up. Well today is 25th of April 2023 and I have not received the overnight package with the drive out tag. So I guess I'll be making my first payment before even being able to drive my truck. Seems like they tell you what ever you want to hear just to get you off the phone. I live in GEORGIA and had to rely on the honesty of another person in Michigan. I thought that I was actually talking to a person with Morals I guess not. There should be a person and a phone number and email address for the owner of the dealership or at least the information of the manager of the dealership inorder to address my concerns but no one that ever answered the phone if it was answered at all had that information or was not willing to give the information to me. So BEWARE of doing any business with this dealership especially over the phone or internet. As you can tell I'm not a satisfied customer !!!! Excellent experience. Alex exceded expectations. We searched for used F-150s for several months. Dana at internet sales sent us to Jason to see one she thought we would like. We arrived and were told Jason would be with us shortly. We waited for a while and I finally asked if someone else could give us the keys to the vehicle we were interested in. Alex Arnold poked his head over the cubicle and told us he would get the keys for us. Alex offered to help even though he knew we had asked for Jason. This was impressive. After taking the test drive we asked Alex if he would like to sell us the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our requests. We met Brian Lagodna and he was also very accommodating with our requests. We absolutely LOVE our 2016 F-150 and the whole experience was amazing. We were not pressured to purchase the vehicle. Brian and Alex did not use the phrase "you don't want to". ( I swear when a pushy salesman uses that phrase I am done with them.) I highly recommend this dealership, more specifically Alex Arnold who went out of his way to help even though we had asked for another salesman. We were talking about the interest rate when Caleb walked by. After introducing himself he mentioned overhearing our rate from the credit union and he told us Capital One had an even better rate! Wow. Sold! It is obvious this dealership works as a team. From Dana sending us the link, to Alex offering to help and eventually making the sale, to boss man Brian crossing the T's and dotting the I's, to Caleb using his eagle ears to help us get a fabulous interest rate to Jeremy closing the deal, it has been a no pressure, excellent experience. Thank you so much for "bringing it home" for us. More
