The entry into service was smooth as clockwork. The work was done in an hour just as promised. They have been working on a LARGE, new service area, so I wonder if the waiting area will get an updat The work was done in an hour just as promised. They have been working on a LARGE, new service area, so I wonder if the waiting area will get an update or a move to the new facility on the property. The waiting area is stocked with bottled water. Maybe due to the flux of the new facility, the car was not washed or vacuumed. That's a service offered by some other dealerships. At any rate, I'm gonna wait to see if things change once all the construction dust settles. More

Purchased a brand new battery for my Toyota at this dealership. I asked for a pro-rated rebate due to old battery being just 2-1/2 yrs old. I was told a full battery recharge/test was needed to determi dealership. I asked for a pro-rated rebate due to old battery being just 2-1/2 yrs old. I was told a full battery recharge/test was needed to determine my eligibility. I complied & brought the car in promptly at the appointed time of 9:30 am on 8-6-25. I was told 1-2 hrs max. would be needed to test the old battery. Instead, I was held up for over 4 hrs due to poor scheduling and poor staff management by this dealership's service crew. In all that time, the test was either never started, nor completed in a timely manner. Excuses such as the "technician had to go to lunch" are pathetic and totally beside the point because the test should have already been completed by 11:30 am. Rather than being kept informed, I had to come forward twice to ask the status of my simple test. I lost a day of work to accommodate this dealership's request and was treated instead to a very unprofessional display of poor management along with unacceptable,childish and evasive explanations. I will never come to Toyota of Easley ever again for either parts, service or new vehicle purchases. More
