My Crosstrek Was Totaled :( I loved my 2013 XV Crosstrek, but unfortunately it was rearended and subsequently totaled. The other guys insurance was giving me 3 days to get into a I loved my 2013 XV Crosstrek, but unfortunately it was rearended and subsequently totaled. The other guys insurance was giving me 3 days to get into a new car. Gil, who I bought the original car from, was very patient w/ me, made me aware of what options were out there, and helped narrow my search. Unfortunately, due to limited inventory I had to buy my 2016 XV Crosstrek in CA. I would definately have Gil help me again, when the time arrives. Greg Stewart, Dan Ford and Curt McHenry have been amazing over the past 3 yrs, and 3 other reasons why I'll remain a loyal Subaru customer. More

They Aim to Please!!! I am not a person that enjoys talking to salesmen, so it took my husband a while to get me to the dealership. Wow, did I get a surprise here. We were I am not a person that enjoys talking to salesmen, so it took my husband a while to get me to the dealership. Wow, did I get a surprise here. We were greeted by Ken Murch and it was all uphill from there. He was very patient with all my questions and comments. This is our first Subaru and we are sure we did the right thing. Ken was very helpful and took his time with us since we are getting up in years, although, I am sure he would have done the same if we were younger. I would also like to mention Derek Monetti from parts. As I was waiting for him, he was waiting on a man that would have tested a saint. He was very patient with him, listened to him, and the man left happy. I found everyone that we were in contact with at this dealership to be all about the customer. I have dealt with the public most of my life and these people give their best to the people they serve. I want to thank everyone I came in contact with for a very nice experience. More

I have owned 6 or 7 Subaru's over the last several years. Five from Tucson Subaru. The last 3 from Bob, the salesman, The last 4 with Dan as the chief of the service team. In every case These two were the absolute best. I have lived all over the country, and owned many cars, Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes,etc. and never been better treated or served. I feel both these gentlemen are good fiends, good people, and Great Professionals. PS :All the Subaru's are or were GREAT! More

Service and personnel Anytime I have a question or concern about my Crosstrek XV the service department and my sales people have always been of great assistance. Everyone at this dealership from the people at the front desk to sales staff and service personnel greets me with a smile on their face and the general attitude that I am important to them. That is so different from other businesses! The people I deal with seem to have the answer to my question at their fingertips. My small concerns seem to be of vital interest to them to make sure that I get the right answer to my question. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone and have told my friends they need to go see Joe or Terry when they're ready to buy a new car. More

Fantastic! A wonderful experience! And it all started with Kevin Woessner, my sales consultant, greeting me with a very friendly "Hello". Kevin answered all my A wonderful experience! And it all started with Kevin Woessner, my sales consultant, greeting me with a very friendly "Hello". Kevin answered all my questions. Even after going onto the Subaru website to look at the various options, I still had multiple questions for Kevin, and he answered all of them in a cordial manner; very professional, never condescending. After making my decisions on what to buy and which options, I was off to the Finance Department, where I met Curt McHenry. Curt reviewed everything I had agreed to with Kevin. He then explained a few additional options; never being impatient, and reviewed the pros and cons for each. Curt let me make the final decisions. Curt made the financial arrangements and agreement easy to understand. Another professional experience. While the car was being readied, Kevin took me over to the Parts Department, where I was introduced to Derek Monetti, my parts advisor. Derek set up the order for a few options that were not in stock, and told me right then and there when they world arrive. Now, that's professional. Next stop, scheduling... Kevin escorted me to the Service Department where I was introduced to Dan Ford. Dan scheduled the installation of the new parts on a date and time that fitted my (sometimes hectic) schedule. Again, very professional. My new car was ready to be driven away when Kevin did a very wonderful thing: he went over all the buttons, and knobs, and switches with me. But wait, the story isn't over... Kevin excuses himself, goes back into the showroom, and the Sales Manager, Loren Henry, comes out to personally thank me for my purchase of a new 2016 Subaru Forester! Wow, I thought, what a nice touch. Then Kevin appears with a bouquet of 12 red roses. WOW! Now that makes a woman feel special! I would certainly unconditionally recommend Tucson Subaru to everyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle. And it's not just because of the roses; it's because of Kevin, Curt, Derek, Dan, and Loren, whose good nature, helpful manner, and professionalism made my experience a real joy. Every time I look at my new car, I smile. Thanks fellas. More
