From the start to the finish we were very pleased with the ease and speed of the buying, financing and servicing processes. CJ quickly figured out what we were after and got us a match with the color and trim level we wanted. We knew we wanted the Eye Sight safety package and would not go without it. Financing cars sometimes feels longer than closing on a house mortgage. Come to think about it, our 2017 Outback did cost more than our first house. The last time we financed through the dealership was fast, I believe we were out in less than 1 hour with the add ons we wanted. The service on our cars has been fantastic. They've come in on time. Not only that, but they've managed to get our car serviced and ready for us to go before it was even time for our appointment. We've had great luck with all of the service folks but Dan Ford remains our favorite. Not used this time but the shuttle drivers have been fantastic. More

Dan was super helpful from start to finish and found a way to make the repair cost FAR better than I had anticipated. He worked creatively to get the car repaired same day, not impact my work day during and all at a cost far less than I expected. I will only take my car here now for repairs. Thank you! More

If I were hiring, I'd be offering them all jobs myself today. As to question below re. recording financing discussions, even tho AZ is a one-party consent state this may be prohibited under financial privacy disclosure laws but I'm fine with your using it if our session was recorded without our consent. Informing the consumers in advance would likely alter their behavior. More

Munching on a cookie in the very nice waiting area, I decided to look at a 2017 Forester. Just looking, I thought. A few hours later, I drove away with a new 2017 Forester. Gil made the entire buying experience easy and stress-free. He really knows the Forester. And Curt made the intricacies of buying a car in Arizona when you live in New Mexico straightforward. The Best Service Department Anywhere! I just wanted to thank the Service Department at Tuscon Subaru, and especially the Service Technician, Dan Ford, for the excellent service we received I just wanted to thank the Service Department at Tuscon Subaru, and especially the Service Technician, Dan Ford, for the excellent service we received yesterday. My husband and I live in Silver City, NM (3 hours away), and the AC in our 2014 Forester had not been operating properly. Our vehicle was just out of warranty, and after performing some diagnostic tests, Dan determined that the issue was likely a faulty compressor. He took the initiative to contact Subaru America on our behalf, to ask if they would honor the recently lapsed warranty, and they agreed! Our car was repaired at no cost to us! Needless to say, we were very satisfied customers. However, even if we had been required to pay for the repairs, the kind, courteous, and professional service we received at Tucson Subaru, was excellent. From the loaner that we received, the periodic updates from Dan on the vehicle’s status, and the clean and comfortable waiting area in the Service Department, made our experience one that we will not soon forget. We were able to make the 3 hour drive home in cool comfort! We will happily recommend Tuscon Subaru to any and all Subaru owners who are in need of service. Thank you for running such a great service department! More

Great Service and Follow Up After the Sale I have purchased several cars throughout my years. This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever made. CJ was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I went in to look at a Forester, CJ was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I decided the Forester was just not quite large enough so then looked at an Outback. Again CJ was very accommodating and answered all my questions. The buying process went very smoothly, not pushy with all the extras. CJ explained all the functions of the car before I left and set my cell phone up on Blue Tooth. I would highly recommend buying your next Subaru from CJ at Tucson Subaru. More

So far the best experience i ever had. Since i got my very first Subaru last year, although was a Used car and i had taken it for service either a concern or a recall or the last thing was Since i got my very first Subaru last year, although was a Used car and i had taken it for service either a concern or a recall or the last thing was the air bag light on, Dan has been the one that has help me each time and i have to say i am happy. Love the treatment, the courtesy, how fast they handle everything and helpful they are. i have own new cars before from other brands and most i have to say that was not a happy or good experience with them (toyota, mazda, GM) but here at Subaru Tucson, i would like to work there too, because of their hospitality.
