Tucson Subaru--the staff is all-around EXCELLENT I wrote a review as soon as I got home with my new Crosstrek on Saturday. It must have been too long for the site, or i pushed a fatal backspace somewhere, because the first 2 "pages" were lost in the electronic wasteland. But this missing part is just as important as the great car: Chris Smith (internet sales) gave me an excellent price on my 2018 Crosstrek. He walked me through the whole process after he put me into exactly the car I wanted. He listened. He explained terms clearly. I knew more.about operating my vehicle after a show-and-tell session in my Crosstrek than ever after any other car-buying experience. It didn't feel like a standard sales talk. It seemed like he was as happy to show me all the wonderful features as i was to learn about them. He introduced me to other people who would help during the process. (Jennifer Duran, Finance mgr., was especially helpful taking me through the financial paperwork. She also explained the excellent options available to protect the investment I was making.) When i commented that it was such a good car-buying experience at Tucson Subaru, i was told that the staff there wants customers happy so that everybody feels good when they meet again during a future visit for service, etc. And Chris Smith put the icing on the icing on the cake with me when he handed me a dozen red roses to celebrate the event. I first experienced Tucson Subaru through the kindness of Jade Hilliard and the folks in the Service Dept. during a pre-move visit to Tucson back in November. They gave me a safety check on my 2015 Impreza (wonderful car in its own right) that was above and beyond the norm. I felt perfectly secure on my trip back to Northern CA to finish selling my house, pack and drive back to Tucson. Great people, great service, a product to be proud to sell to people--like I said at the top: Tucson Subaru is all-around EXCELLENT ! More like 10 Stars from me. Vehicle Replacement My wife and I had bought a 2017 Outback Limited which totally fulfilled our active lifestyle. The comfort and versatility along with the multiple safe My wife and I had bought a 2017 Outback Limited which totally fulfilled our active lifestyle. The comfort and versatility along with the multiple safety features sold us on it in the Fall of 2017. Unfortunately, there was a nagging sound emitted when going over certain rough paved roads. The service team and Subaru tried unsuccessfully multiple times to correct this. The entire time they were courteous and informative. Ultimately, Subaru and Tucson Subaru replaced the vehicle with a new 2018 Outback. The whole replacement process was completed within two weeks of opening a case. We were left totally satisfied and, realistically, made more than whole. Kudos to the local dealer and Subaru of NA. A sincere thank you to all especially Bob Wilson our salesman for both purchases and Dan Ford our service rep. More
