The service department does as well as any vehicle dealership. They do excel however, in providing updated information pertaining to requested repairs resulting in customer satisfaction. I've experi dealership. They do excel however, in providing updated information pertaining to requested repairs resulting in customer satisfaction. I've experienced a recurring problem with the phone charging tray. This problem appears to be the Achilles heel of the Nissan vehicle line. My vehicle is currently at the dealership awaiting corrective action on this recurring issue. Don Davis Nissan has treated me well and, that's why I return. They've serviced my last Nissan (16 Altima 3.5sl) when I moved to the area and I've always been comfortable going there and purchased my new vehicle from Don Davis Nissan. I will be more pleased once the current malfunction is corrected, by the highly skilled Nissan Service Department and I'm once again able to enjoy the experience of being a delighted carefree Nissan vehicle owner!😀 😄 More
