Thank you, Dale from Lexus of Brookfield, for making my first car-purchasing experience such a positive one! I found my vehicle through Kelley Blue Book and stopped in with my dad to take a drive. Dale exp first car-purchasing experience such a positive one! I found my vehicle through Kelley Blue Book and stopped in with my dad to take a drive. Dale explained all of the features and vehicle history to us, and overall just made sure that this car truly would be a good fit. Given that this was the first vehicle I looked it, I decided to take a few days to search around and test drive others to be sure that this was the right decision. Dale was completely understanding and assured me that if I had any additional questions throughout that time, I could reach out to him. When I decided to move forward, the purchasing process itself was so quick, and Chris from finance did a fantastic job wrapping everything up. As a young female who was very new to this process, I felt grateful to be listened to and taken seriously by everyone in this dealership. The entire process was so transparent and I never once felt as if anyone was working against my best interest or was trying to sneak anything past me. I love my new (used) Prius! Thank you so much!
