Took my truck in on a Tuesday, I called Wednesday to see what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service department apologizing for the wait and then explained my truck was done! Would have liked to have seen the old parts but didn’t want to spend any more time there, waited at least 20 minutes to speak to the service person. More

I"M VERY disappointed with Ford my Car wasn't fixed they kept tacking on charges I spoke to a manager about it and he replied well what do you want me to do about it?
