My experience with capistrano mazda not only has been the finest, but there is no "close second". From making appointments, being treated professionally and with a personal touch by my service representative, to quality service and extremely fair pricing, the experience has been uniformly postive, particularly in light of my prior experience with many other dealerships. For my last two visits, my rep, Cyrena Moreno, has been the most professional, personable, and courteous person I have dealt with in many years.
