Absolutely amazing I had just bought this car a few days ago and the service department went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with it start to finish. Fro I had just bought this car a few days ago and the service department went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with it start to finish. From the loaner car to the finished product of my own, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much and I am grateful I finally found my way to the Mazda family, especially at Capistrano Mazda. I am definitely in line for a loyalty rebate when my daughter can start driving. In this particular repair, the steering wheel needed replaced, and unfortunately so did the replacement. However both repairs were done efficiently and a service car was available. More

Capistrano Mazda is the BEST! The team was extremely helpful with getting my airbag recall taken care of. They let me take a loaner car while my car was being serviced - must menti The team was extremely helpful with getting my airbag recall taken care of. They let me take a loaner car while my car was being serviced - must mention it was a brand new 2020 version and honestly I didn't want to bring it back. I really loved that they took a video of how they serviced my car and an update to what looked good, as well as what might need some attention in the future. More

Very Satisfied customer! I was very impressed with Cyrena's courtesy, competence, pleasing personality, and outstanding ability to serve the customer. Initially my scheduled I was very impressed with Cyrena's courtesy, competence, pleasing personality, and outstanding ability to serve the customer. Initially my scheduled Monday 7:45AM recall/oil change appointment was unexpectedly cancelled. When I called to reschedule no one answered the phone. Quite exasperated I called the sales' department hoping they might be able to find someone to assist me. I believe it was Jerry Aydemir who answered my call. He immediately addressed my need to speak to someone and said he would walk over to that part of the store and make sure someone from there would be in touch within a few minutes. And surprisingly within a few minutes Cyrena had called and had me rescheduled the next morning! As I said above she was very pleasant, wonderfully accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. She made a very positive impression with this somewhat formerly mildly irritated customer whose appointment had been cancelled and who couldn't get her phone calls answered! More
