Terrible dealership. A bunch of liars and bait and switch who charge rip off market adjustments. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership like the plague. I am irritated. Purchased 2019 highlander with the "ASSURANCE plan" Vehicle was totaled 6 weeks later. Asked for some sort of refund since there was NO use at all of Purchased 2019 highlander with the "ASSURANCE plan" Vehicle was totaled 6 weeks later. Asked for some sort of refund since there was NO use at all of the policy. I was told the only way to get any help at all was to buy another vehicle from them. Worst experience of my life in dealing with a dealership. When you buy tags ,warranty extensions ,etc. , you get prorated use of the policy at a minimum. What gives?? More

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealer worst experience. Be aware when i signed papers to finance my car they never told me they add some kind insurance wich will cost me more later on i went t experience. Be aware when i signed papers to finance my car they never told me they add some kind insurance wich will cost me more later on i went to the dealer to remove the insurance and ask to speak to manger wich he refused i spoked with the guy who finance my car he just made signed some papers to remove the insurance i gave them a week later on i called TOYOTA FINANCE to figure out if the dealer HAVE cancel insurance WICH THEY DID NOT the insurance was still active so from there i talked to the TOYOTA FINANCE to figure out how to removed, also my permanent license plates were ready at the dealer THEY NECER CALL ME TO SEE WHEN I CAN CAME AND PICK UP. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More

The managers and some of his associates are crooks the switch up the internet price after you contact them and agreed to buy the car. I have never heard of car price switched in 30 minutes while you there switch up the internet price after you contact them and agreed to buy the car. I have never heard of car price switched in 30 minutes while you there waiting at the dealer. Be aware don’t go to this particular location. The manager doing some shady stuff to get commissions with out the dealer knowledge More

Jason Wood, went above and beyond. The drive from Pennsylvania was worth it no more trade for me. #satisfied. From a bad deal previous dealer to the truck I REALLY like. 5-star ratings are for Sales folks but not for Service so don't be fooled. They broke my cigarette lighter cover during service but won't take accountability for it -That's where i charge my phone and was st don't be fooled. Complaints brought to their attention will be denied right away without even investigating. They respond to negative comments on-line to make them look proactive but that's not the reality all those complaints are still happening today and management does nothing. More

The customer service is terrible. This dealership does not want to take accountability for items that they have done wrong. They will find a way to make certain to get their money by all means even if it not want to take accountability for items that they have done wrong.
