I really liked working with Curtis and Tuan who helped me with the trade-in. I initially liked Tim from Finance, but I realized that he used deceptive tactics to sell me an extended warranty. I got the impre with the trade-in. I initially liked Tim from Finance, but I realized that he used deceptive tactics to sell me an extended warranty. I got the impression that my loan was contingent upon getting the warranty and the warranty would bring down the interest rate. I realized that this warranty (the most expensive) wasn’t for me and I canceled it. Besides that one thing, the customer service has been very good and I feel comfortable at Subaru of Gwinnett. More
