In the past couple years, I have visited several dealerships and test I have purchased 2 cars from Tucson Subaru. One in 2014 and the other in 2015. In the past couple years, I have visited several dealerships and test drove several cars. I have had the best experiences with Tucson Subaru and would highly recommend them. I never felt there was high pressure...maybe because their cars sell themselves. Curt and Chris were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with before, during, and after the transaction. Louie explained all of the financial details thoroughly and also was friendly. I'm glad Subaru makes such great vehicles, but even if they didn't, I be tempted to buy from Tucson Subaru because of the friendly, low pressure, trustworthy , and knowledgeable employees! A+ in my opinion! More

This time we were trading a Toyota Highlander and in fact had gone to the dealership to look at a used Toyota they had. We determined the car did not meet our needs. While talking with Curt we decided to test drive a Subaru Forester XT turbo. Curt took us on the best test drive I have ever been on. The trip over Rollercoaster road proved the car was what we were looking for. We decided to purchase the car but we're under time constraints to be back home. Curt and Louie worked very hard to ensure that we made our commitment. This dealership is top-notch. I have purchased cars many places and this was one of the best experiences I have had. They were extremely courteous and did not apply the typical salesperson pressure during any of the up front communication and on through the final purchase. They worked with my wife and I to ensure we knew exactly what the car provided, what the various options did and also how to get everything set up once we had made the purchase. Additionally, Louie provided great support during the financing portion. He explained all the various options that were available, but did not apply any pressure in selling all the add-ons. For me, that would have made for a very poor experience. I would gladly recommend this dealership (and Curt, Kevin and Louie specifically) to anybody interested in purchasing a new (or used) vehicle. More

Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! I reached out initially via the Internet to Tucson Subaru and was promptly contacted my Curt McHenry, the Internet Sales Manager. I wanted to take a test drive the next day, but Curt had the day off, so he referred me to his associate; Kevin Woessner. I met with Kevin and he gave me a thorough tour of the 2015 Outback. He explained and demo'd features I had not read about in my research. Kevin was no pressure, very patient, helpful and thorough answering my questions. Together we took a 2015 Outback Premium for a test drive and I came away extremely impressed. Prior to my visit to Tucson Subaru my mind was made up on a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L. ....That changed! :-) When it came time to discuss pricing, I was prepared for the usual car buying tug of war but instead I was greeted with very simple, direct answers and great pricing. right from the start! Refreshing! It just got better from there. I felt like Kevin was on my side as more of a consultant rather than a salesman trying to optimize a commission. Kevin fought for me to get the best interest rate (and succeeded) as well as offering a very reasonable and fair price for my 2012 CRV trade-in vehicle. I arrive with a rather complicated issue with my trade-in after dealing with another dealership that was closer to the 'typical car buying haggle/hassle experience we all loathe. Terry, the Tucson 'new car manager' at Tucson Subaru stepped into assist. Together, the whole team at Tucson Subaru made me feel like they had my best interest at heart and they made the buying process so easy, trouble free and painless. Believe me when I say my trade-in had a rather unusual and complicated issue to work around. Tucson Subaru took away all the complexity and made the matter so simple. I cannot thank Keven Woessner and his Manager Terry enough. I am thrilled my 2015 Outback Premium 2.5i!!! it is a wonderful vehicle and is so much more refined and full featured than the otherwise equivalent 2015 Honda CRV I was close to buying. Tucson Subaru is an exceptional dealership in a sea of those that otherwise epitomize the agonizing car buying haggle and hassles we all know too well. Tucson Subaru staff are very professional, no pressure, helpful and courteous. I do hesitate in recommending Kevin Woessner and Tucson Subaru. Kevin knows the product very well and is an exceptional person. Together Tucson Subaru have set a standard benchmark for excellence in my experience and opinion. Kudos also is deserved to Tim Hanson in finance. He was very helpful, fast and efficient and was equally straight forward and professional. I am not one to give praise where it is not due, so I wanted to take the time write this review and make sure credit. compliments and praise are given to this dealership and their fine staff.
