Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! I reached out initially via the Internet to Tucson Subaru and was promptly contacted my Curt McHenry, the Internet Sales Manager. I wanted to take a test drive the next day, but Curt had the day off, so he referred me to his associate; Kevin Woessner. I met with Kevin and he gave me a thorough tour of the 2015 Outback. He explained and demo'd features I had not read about in my research. Kevin was no pressure, very patient, helpful and thorough answering my questions. Together we took a 2015 Outback Premium for a test drive and I came away extremely impressed. Prior to my visit to Tucson Subaru my mind was made up on a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L. ....That changed! :-) When it came time to discuss pricing, I was prepared for the usual car buying tug of war but instead I was greeted with very simple, direct answers and great pricing. right from the start! Refreshing! It just got better from there. I felt like Kevin was on my side as more of a consultant rather than a salesman trying to optimize a commission. Kevin fought for me to get the best interest rate (and succeeded) as well as offering a very reasonable and fair price for my 2012 CRV trade-in vehicle. I arrive with a rather complicated issue with my trade-in after dealing with another dealership that was closer to the 'typical car buying haggle/hassle experience we all loathe. Terry, the Tucson 'new car manager' at Tucson Subaru stepped into assist. Together, the whole team at Tucson Subaru made me feel like they had my best interest at heart and they made the buying process so easy, trouble free and painless. Believe me when I say my trade-in had a rather unusual and complicated issue to work around. Tucson Subaru took away all the complexity and made the matter so simple. I cannot thank Keven Woessner and his Manager Terry enough. I am thrilled my 2015 Outback Premium 2.5i!!! it is a wonderful vehicle and is so much more refined and full featured than the otherwise equivalent 2015 Honda CRV I was close to buying. Tucson Subaru is an exceptional dealership in a sea of those that otherwise epitomize the agonizing car buying haggle and hassles we all know too well. Tucson Subaru staff are very professional, no pressure, helpful and courteous. I do hesitate in recommending Kevin Woessner and Tucson Subaru. Kevin knows the product very well and is an exceptional person. Together Tucson Subaru have set a standard benchmark for excellence in my experience and opinion. Kudos also is deserved to Tim Hanson in finance. He was very helpful, fast and efficient and was equally straight forward and professional. I am not one to give praise where it is not due, so I wanted to take the time write this review and make sure credit. compliments and praise are given to this dealership and their fine staff. I have always been pleased with the service and received excellent customer care. So, when it was time to buy a new Subaru Forester I explored other options, but decided that I wanted to buy it from Tucson Subaru. I had worked with Curt McHenry when he was the Service Manager and enjoyed our interactions and appreciated his knowledge of my car. He had moved into Sales by the time I was interested in a new car and, since I had always enjoyed working with him, went to him to order my new car. I'm happy to say that not only was Curt a great Service Manager, he is a great person to work with when buying a new car. His knowledge of the all the mechanics of the Subaru product was invaluable, and I appreciated his prompt reply to all my questions and needs. Working with Curt was a great experience and I would recommend contacting him when you are in the market for a Subaru. During the process of buying my new 2015 Subaru Forester I worked with Tim Hanson. Though my interaction with him was brief, I would have to say that he "is the man to go to" when it comes to what he does. More

CJ Nichols knows every detail about each one of these vehicles, and was totally straightforward and helpful in matching me up with the right car. He clearly stands behind the Subaru brand. Price and features were great, and Tim Hanson in finance helped with an offer that was available at the time and made all the details of that process go very smoothly - I'd even say it was painless. I've had many years of experience working with the service department as well and look forward to continuing that with the new vehicle. I t Curt McHenry was my sales rep at Tucson Subaru. I came in initially thinking I would go for an Outback, but I also wanted to look at a Forester. I test-drove and liked both. In talking about my driving habits (Cochise County and rough back roads in the Chiricahua Mountains as opposed to a lot of freeway and urban driving), Curt said he thought the less expensive Forester would suit my needs perhaps even better than the Outback. I really appreciated his candor, as well as his expertise. I believe he worked hard to get me a very fair deal on my Forester. For anyone looking for a Subaru, I highly recommend seeing Curt McHenry. More
