I called ahead 3 to 4 times to come buy a Acura Certified 2025 TLX, I was assured over the phone that the price was 42500 plus a 350 doc fee and taxes, and that they would accept my CHASE APPROVED LOAN. I drove 3.5 hours from Indiana to buy this car, When I got there nobody knew I was coming, ( but I had a reservation) . The car was not even in the lot, but in another lot, I had to drive with the salesman to get it, but the lots doors were locked, after they sent someone else to get it and brough it back, I checked the car, the miles were 550 not the 152 advertised(not big deal), I notices the windows were tinted, ( not shown on the pics). As soon I sat down the salesman hand me a QR code to fill an application, I told about my chase approval, to which he replied I still needed to fill the application, from here on the conversation turned tense, he came back really quick claiming they could not find it, I told him there was two pages, came back and added the last 4 of our socials, in the mean time he brought the invoice for the car, to which they added a $2500 for a paint protection, $499 for wheel locks and $399 for the window tint. Then came back insisting that I needed to reapplied to find the application, when I refuse the finance manager came out all angry and mean, raising his voice claiming he needed me to do that for him to do his job, and I did not like I could just leave. I told to just do it my name then. In the mean time we started discussing the excessive add on, The salesman argued that the wheel lock were already installed, and they were labor to installs them, even though Acura sell those for $75 as an accessory, after arguing back and forth he concluded that because they selling the car so low, I had to get screw with those adds, I offered to refuse the paint protection and either the $500 wheel nuts or the $399. He went and came and said NO they all had to stay. I had to drive back to indiana with my $10000 for down payment. Just One way to described these people HUTLERS More

Don‘t waist your time. TLDR They are not upfront and if the car is cheaper here it’s probably because there’s something wrong with it. CHECK EVERYTHING before buying. They won’t give you an Out The Door Price or even work with you to find you a deal. We went to test drive a 2024 RDX, sales staff greeted us pretty good, got in the car started driving and for some miracle I turn on the music and there was a loud popping on the speakers. The sales person and trainee are speechless when I ask what that is. We finish the test drive and no word from either on what they would do to assure us to buy the car, not that there would have been anything they can say. Afterwards they try to push a more expensive, 2025 model with no discounts or anything to make up for waisting our time for going to see a car they clearly knew had issues, the speaker popping was just the tip of the iceberg btw. no manager came up to apologize or even try to explain or ANYTHING. No wonder the place was empty. Needless to say we did not buy anything there. About a day later a manager calls and asked why we did not get the car and I mentioned what happened. He offered no apology or anything. Just wanted to know if the other place gave us a “better deal” and hung up. Yea they gave us a better deal AND a car that’s not broken. The best part was that we saw a review THAT SAME MORNING of someone who went through the same thing. We drove to another dealer and purchased an RDX. More
