Craig Simpson approached us with his cheerful voice and made us feel comfortable. He pulled up the CR-Vs we were interested in and let us have the test drive. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. It didn't take too much convincing before we decided to go home with our brand new Honda CR-V. The whole process was the briefest we have ever had. We definitely recommend Gunn Honda and Craig to help you get your dream Honda car. More

Zee was great at explaining everything that we needed to know at the finance department. He was patient and helped make a great deal. The one thing that bothered me though was how everytime I would come to the dealership Craig S. would always approach me. He seems real pushy and it would kind of make me incomfortable along with my friend. I hope you guys address that but overall everything was great. More

Obviously, everything had to be handled by phone- from the make/model/color etc to financing- since i lived so far away. i was a little bit apprehensive making a big purchase like this just over the phone but i had no choice since i wasn't happy about how my car buying experience was going where i lived.But straight talk from Craig and more straight talk from Tony Decena(financing) convinced me to give it a try. ONEPRICE ROCKS! NO HAGGLING about price-BRILLIANT! When i got to the dealership the car was already parked out front.A couple signatures later - off i went with my new car!WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! My husband even commented "everybody is very courteous and friendly here". We love Craig, Tony and Kevin!What a great team to work with-professional, thoughtful and competent-what else can you ask for?And it took no more than an hour -including test drive- to get everything together and be out the door.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Excellence!!! A friend referred me to Mr. Craig Simpson. I can definitely see why he receives so many awards. His assistant, Kevin Monreal, was excellent as well. They both provided friendly and terrific treatment towards me during the whole process, which Craig works very quickly to please you and makes sure you are satisfied during the whole process. Kevin is not far by and assisted Craig quite a bit. He is going to be excellent in this business, especially if he keeps getting so many of those great customer-pleasing tips. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased since 2002. Always great service. I had kept the business card that my last salesman, Brian Metcalf, and called him because of his great service the last time I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord. Brian referred me to CraIg and I received excellent service from both he and Kevin Monreal. When it's time for a new Honda, Craig will be the man I call!! More
