Craig Rotter is knowledgeable and friendly. The service department is quick and efficient. They keep you updated on your cars progress and call you with problems and suggestions. I have been using them for the last five years and will continue as long as I have my mazda. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Craig was great! I brought my car in with a malfunctioning seat. He tried to fix it on the spot and when he couldn't he immediately ordered the part. Once the part came in he had a loaner car malfunctioning seat. He tried to fix it on the spot and when he couldn't he immediately ordered the part. Once the part came in he had a loaner car ready for me to use. The car was fixed and they did an oil change in under a day. More

Craig Rotter was welcoming and knowledgeable when I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was comfortable and quiet so I was able to wait while the work was being performed on my c arrived for my oil change and tire rotation. I have been dealing with this fabulous car dealership for 31 years and they treat me very nice and i allways use their service department,I can say that i never had a problem with anyone I went in for servic 31 years and they treat me very nice and i allways use their service department,I can say that i never had a problem with anyone I went in for service may 18th and Zeeshan was my service advisor this time and everything was perfect with my visit .Craig is equally as nice i had him last month for my service and all went quick and well with everything both visits Thank you ,Thank you Alex the service manager for helping also Marc Saperstein More
