Worked with Craig Rotter today for some service items and by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. I was late for my appt and even with multiple other customers in front of me, they were able to by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. I was late for my appt and even with multiple other customers in front of me, they were able to complete my work in the time they estimated. While in the waiting room I witnessed Craig and other staff go above and beyond as they closed out other customers as well. With one senior customer, Craig offered to move their car to a different entrance so he can get in easier. Almost every customer, including myself, got kindness from Craig and staff. We found our new service center and can't be happier. I also love that they were covid compliant which almost every dealership I visited prior wasn't which is a big deal during these times. More

My Mom's Mazda CX-5, just over a month old, would not start. Thankfully, my (81 year old) mother and I were together when it occurred. We called roadside assistance and a very nice tech gave us a jump. start. Thankfully, my (81 year old) mother and I were together when it occurred. We called roadside assistance and a very nice tech gave us a jump. Understandably, she was very upset and we were concerned about her safety and the reliability of the car. The following morning, my husband took the car to the service department in Wantagh. Craig Rotter was wonderful! He replaced the battery, addressed a recall issue and also discovered that the tire pressure sensor was faulty. Considering we did not have an appointment, everything was completed in a timely manner that same morning We were very pleased with the courteous and professional service we received. More
