Brought our 2021 Santa fe in to get the ac fixed Courtney met us in service and was super nice she explained what would happen and that i could wait and there was a cafe if i was hungry then i bumped into ni met us in service and was super nice she explained what would happen and that i could wait and there was a cafe if i was hungry then i bumped into nick m. he asked how we were doing and wanted to know if we were happy with our 2021 Santa fe i explained to him i was worried about the warranty about to expire and he was so nice he took so much of his time to help us try to trade in our 2021 santa fe.. he really went above and beyond :) he and carl worked together to make sure we had a great deal and we could live with the payment we then signed contract with Patrick who was so very nice and explained things to us even with all our questions Even though they were so busy that day everyone was so nice even the lady up front at the welcome desk and we just loved the experience we had. we have bought many cars from Hyundai in Ocala and we will also return when we are ready for another thank you so much for the awesome relationship we have built with you all for many years God Bless ! Our 2021 Kona experienced engine failure July 2023. We towed our Kona to their location due to needing a loaner car /rental to allow transportation to work. Upon arrival it was a fight to receive a loa We towed our Kona to their location due to needing a loaner car /rental to allow transportation to work. Upon arrival it was a fight to receive a loaner vehicle dispute our “client service representative” Courtney Winters stating the work would typically take a month to complete. Communication was limited if not nonexistent regarding the process or progress of the repair. We were notified the vehicle would be complete the week of August 28th. After numerous calls, voicemails, messages sent, and spending three hours on hold to be hung up on to restart the process Courtney Winters stated “the car would need a new battery costing $300”. Saturday Courtney stated the car would be complete Tuesday September 5th if they could find where the newly replaced engine was leaking coolant. Today we made the hour and 45 minute drive to the dealer after Courtney confirmed they fixed the leaking coolant issue, test drove the vehicle, and it received their seal of approval for us to retake possession. We drove less than 10 miles from their location before the “ENGINE FAILURE” alarms started. Naturally the vehicle was turned around to be returned to the dealer. It is now sitting leaking the remainder of coolant across their service station. Due to the displeasure of dealing your your dealership/repair center and their disgustingly poor customer service and sheer inability to do their jobs effectively I will contacting the better business bureau, However if i see a response by the end of today with the answer I deserve as one of your customers I will give you 10 days to rectify your disservice to me and my family, If not then i will write them and send them all our correspondence with dates of many duplicate repairs with a full written report of this absolutely disgusting experience with your company. More

The majority of the time I bring our vehicles to get serviced @ Jenkins. I appreciate that they always service our cars even if I forget appointment. Courtney is awesome, professional.
