If the receptionist does pick up and transfers the call it will ALWAYS go to answerphone and you never get the call returned until end of day. I have brought four new KIA's in sux years, an Optima, Soul, Telluride and Niro EV (check my finance agreements). The ONLY reason i use Arapahoe KIA is for warranty. The warranty issue with my Telluride is still not resolved. I will never buy another KIA and will never reccommend this dealership to anyone. I am through with this dealership. More
