Our experience with Goodson Acura of Dallas was amazing from the moment we stepped on the lot. I was very nervous about having to negotiate the purchase of a vehicle without my husband’s input and almost backed out of my scheduled trip to Goodson Acura. However Courtney, the sales representative that of a vehicle without my husband’s input and almost backed out of my scheduled trip to Goodson Acura. However Courtney, the sales representative that I spoke with prior to my visit, had such a calm, knowledgeable demeanor that I felt comfortable enough to move forward with things. Courtney never pressured my decision & he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Discussing the price was never uncomfortable and once I purchased my car, he took the time to make sure I understood all the “bells n whistles”! I cannot say enough good things to express how excellent this experience was! More

Your new car service director took care of us after having a blowout just down the street. The service department was already closed but he allowed us to park our vehicle in the service bay due to incl having a blowout just down the street. The service department was already closed but he allowed us to park our vehicle in the service bay due to inclement weather coming in overnight. His level of customer service is the best we have received to date from Acura. He is the example that all others should strive to be like regarding customer service. More

This dealership made buying my first car at 28 a great experience. Mr. Colston was the perfect salesman and had the right temperament for someone like me. All around the facility was accessible and neat. experience. Mr. Colston was the perfect salesman and had the right temperament for someone like me. All around the facility was accessible and neat. The beverages helped in a big way especially the coffee/hot chocolate maker, it made the wait for paperwork pretty enjoyable. The paperwork itself was explained in a clear manner and with great hospitality as well. The test drive eased any doubts I had about switching to a different model than the one I came to see. I had zero complaints , and that’s coming from someone who complains quite often. All in all 5 stars. More
