I was sold a lemon and am out $35,000. When I went in to have them buy back my vehicle the ‘bosses’ giggled like teenage girls at a Tay Tay concert for 30 minutes while I sat. The could have easily put me into a REAL WORKING vehicle but instead of waiting for them to lie like they did in selling me this supposedly CPO vehicle I left and contacted Ford Corporation immediately, I hope they close this Jones West drug den. Go to Carson City, they won’t F$&k You! More

Started car buying process on Jun 12,2024 with deposit and completed purchase paperwork on June 17. It is June 29, 2024 and I am still waiting on the car , which should not take more than day or two to get to my location from the dealership. If you look to shop in person, you might want to look for other options because, they claim they have competitive interest rates which is big lie and they do not accept third party financing. They do not tell you these things up front. More

Overall very good experience in buying a new truck from Corwin Ford of Reno! They were able to source a particular model that I was in search of. This dealership is under new ownership, and this is a good thing. The facility itself could use a facelift and some upgrades, hopefully that is in the works, it is a good location. Ordered my first new vehicle online. When it was time to go to the dealer and meet the salesperson I already had a preconceived attitude. One other experience made me vow to never buy a When it was time to go to the dealer and meet the salesperson I already had a preconceived attitude. One other experience made me vow to never buy another used/new car ever again. Then I met Cherae our salesperson. Wow, not only did we get the best test drive in new Truck! but an awesome road to drive it on. Back to Dealership (and I thought here it comes the old car salesmen attitude), but amazingly it was quite fun. She took the necessary info, explained what was to happen next and went off to process the info. Then came Evan with the biggest iPad I had ever seen and just asked if all my info was correct! Yep, then off he went. Cherae returned and gave us the percentage finance choices and amounts, picked which one I preferred and said now lets meet Anna. Oh Boy - here it comes .... I thought. Ha Ha she was not only quick but awesome. Mostly digital forms to sign a very few real paper docs, then I provided my down payment. She then (this is amazing) pulled out a new USB drive, saved my signed docs to the drive and handed it over. Done. This was so cool I would do it all again with this Dealers Staff. I was so happy when I drove away. No stress, NO PRESSURE. This experience is definitely the way to sell vehicles. I'm so very happy with my new truck and glad to meet an awesome lady "Cherae". Great job everyone!!!! Time for the wine now. More
