The Service manager Marc Gober not, good customer relations skills. My car has been returned back for repairs.On 11/21, 11/28 and now 12/13. Costly repairs. Car back in the shop on 12/13, all the coolant out of my car . As of today the car remains in the shop.I will be calling the BMW of Orland Park today 12/22 for an update . I am in a loaner , which is smaller than what I drive. They gave me what was available!! . More
