Hoov is a very professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented salesperson. We owned a pharmacy/gift store for 20 years and we know what customer service is all about. I would have hired Hoov in a heartbeat and he would have been one of our top employees always. Thank you, Alan, for making our purchase easy and we gained a friend in you. More

What an amazing experience this has been! Needing to replace a German luxury car that had been in the shop for electrical problems for over a month, I called Findlay Toyota Prescott, and with Needing to replace a German luxury car that had been in the shop for electrical problems for over a month, I called Findlay Toyota Prescott, and within an hour had bought sight unseen, a new Toyota Camry SE. Upon meeting Alan and the team at Findlay, I was impressed at the wonderful experience of completing the entire process right up to, and after taking possession of the vehicle. It is beautiful. After having it two days, I have over 200 miles on the car, and it drives as well as any luxury car that I have ever had. The comfort is ideal. Having like many older people, a bad back I find the seats and controls of the car also match the service and ease of its acquisition. I told Alan after the care that I had received, if anyone was hesitant to buy a car at Findlay Prescott, to please refer them to me. I cannot say enough good about him, the entire team with whom he works, and the vehicle which I have purchased. Thank you to all! More

Steven Baumer was very helpful and made my car buying experience fairly painless. I have always recommended Findlay and now I will be recommending Steven Baumer as well. The only disappointing thing is experience fairly painless. I have always recommended Findlay and now I will be recommending Steven Baumer as well. The only disappointing thing is after receiving my window sticker about a week later, I saw that I not only paid for aftermarket wheels and tires I also paid for the factory option of 'Adventure Wheels And Tires'.
