Great experience My wife and I ventured into the dealership with just looking at options in mind. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle by Albert. H My wife and I ventured into the dealership with just looking at options in mind. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle by Albert. He actively listened to what we needed and stayed engaged with us even though he was training someone. We told him what we want where our budget was and the first vehicle he pulled up was everything my wife wanted and needed. There was some back and forth as far as negotiating but it was almost fun. We didn't feel pressured to buy which is a huge change for us. In the future we will continue to do business with Findlay Prescott. More
