We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our 2025 Toyota Highlander from Findlay Toyota Prescott, and we owe a huge thank-you to Alan! I actually stumbled across my Highlander online before it even had pictures posted! It was simply listed as "Coming Soon," but something told me this was the one. I immediately sent Alan the link, and without hesitation, he jumped into action. Before I knew it, he had everything arranged for me to see it the very next day! Talk about an unexpected car-shopping adventure! Alan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He worked diligently to help me get the vehicle I had my heart set on. He was patient, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making it happen. What started as a completely unplanned visit turned into me driving home in a vehicle that had everything I'd been wanting! I truly appreciated his dedication, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. He made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and enjoyable. I'm now the proud owner of my beautiful Highlander, affectionately named Glitter Sparkles! 🚙✨ She's gorgeous, spacious, and everything I hoped for! Thank you, Alan, for helping turn a spontaneous online discovery into such a wonderful experience. We appreciate all your hard work! If you're shopping for a vehicle at Findlay Toyota Prescott, do yourself a favor and ask for Alan. He's fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More

I knew what I wanted frim the start, my husband on the other hand was not so sure. Dillon was so kind, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly with us. He took time to check in with us as we continued to visit and think over a few weeks. He did not push us and we loved this for it did not feel like a typical car sales experience. We felt pressure free and that is huge. We also felt we received and excellent deal with the many price comparisons we did all over AZ. In the end, Dillon provided us with excellent service that continued after purchase and helped make a stressful process stress free. We are so thankful for all his assitance to us. We will always go back to get our cars from him. More
