Corey Bernardo answered all of my preliminary questions via email and Joe Caso, my sales representative was simply amazing. Joseph Jalbert found me the best loan rate and made the financing process painless. The service department addressed a minor repair in record time and John drove my new car to my door and synchronized my garage door opener and I Phone to the control panel before completing the dealership’s “Signature Delivery.” Shannah Mallard followed up with a hand written thank you note that arrived in the mail the next day. I have never experienced this level of VIP attention. I am looking forward to many years of a wonderful association with Mercedes-Benz of Naples! More
