Never will I buy a car here again I told them I found scratches all over my car especially on the roof there are over 20 scratches on the roof alone and because I brought the car to them when it had 3000 scratches all over my car especially on the roof there are over 20 scratches on the roof alone and because I brought the car to them when it had 3000 miles I was looked at like I was crazy for expecting this to be fixed. I also told them about my front bumper clip just breaking and again was expected to pay for this if I wanted it fixed which is ridiculous this is a brand new car and I have never hit anything nor ran over anything that would cause this to happen. When it comes to the scratches I was told "rocks and cats can do this". What a absolute joke because if cats and rocks did this much damage cars wouldnt have paint passed 50k miles this experience was awful and mainly was due to my salesman leaving the company which meant my lifeline at the dealer was gone and at that point im just a number and a hinderance to them with any of my issues because no other salesman made money off me so of course they are not willing to help the way mine would have. I reccomend asking your salesman if he plans on leaving the dealership anytime soon and if he says yes ask for someone new because once hes gone so are all possibilities of being treated the way you should be More
