I was sent a recall notice for the replacement of the rear camera harness and your dealership did not have it in stock. They did a computer update and that was it. Why would you not tell me when I called rear camera harness and your dealership did not have it in stock. They did a computer update and that was it. Why would you not tell me when I called to set up the recall appointment that you did not check to see if you had one in stock before I spent about 3 hours of my time thinking it was being done only to find out when I was called up front saying my car was ready but was told you didn't have the harness in stock that it would have to be ordered and you will call me when it is in. To me this is unacceptable. That is why my low rating. More

Connor did not listen to what I told him were the problems. My main reason for coming was my tire pressure sensor indicated the same tire and came on every time the car was on, even when the display problems. My main reason for coming was my tire pressure sensor indicated the same tire and came on every time the car was on, even when the display showed other tires with lower numbers. He 'fixed' that by putting air in my tires over the amount required. 37 and 38 rather than 33. I told him my radio speakers were scratchy and I had tried to just have the sound come from the speakers that were better. I specifically told him this bc I thought he might think it was unusual to have them set like that. When I picked up the car, he had originally written that I said the front speakers were going out and reported that by turning them back to center they were fine. They are not fine. I made an appt and then was on time at 7am. At nearly 2pm, I called bc I hadn't heard anything. Approximately 45 min later I got a text that my car was ready. The only reason I rated them a 2 and not a 1 was that they didn't charge me anything. More
