The whole herb chambers experience has been nothing but negative so far. I have been waiting for over two hours to get get an inspection sticker on my new highlander. It was supposed to have a shield on it negative so far. I have been waiting for over two hours to get get an inspection sticker on my new highlander. It was supposed to have a shield on it and they neglected to do it when I picked it up. I had an appointment today to get it done. The said they didn’t have the kit to do it, then two hours later they said they have one. This is xxxxxxxx, the herb chambers experience has been very negative for me. I will let this be known on social media. I have bought several new vehicles from them in the past. Never again! More
