I was first contacted by Lexi Williams about my interest in possibly trading in my vehicle and getting a new Tacoma, she helped me figure out what I would be comfortable doing. Lexi got me in contact with Colby and I met them at the dealership and they already had the truck that I was thinking about getting out front and waiting for a test drive if I wanted to get in and really get a feel for it. Colby was very good at making sure that I felt comfortable and not pressured at all. Once I took the truck for a test drive and had decided that I was interested in it, Colby walked my through the trade in process and helped me figure out what I would feel comfortable with for payments and all the paperwork that came with it. I did not feel at any point that I could not walk away and take more time to think if I needed to with Colby during the whole process, which is really refreshing to have as an experience while buying a brand new vehicle.
