After a few miscommunication bumps, things went quite smoothly from there. All personnel were consistently professional in every interaction.. A few days after delivery, I noticed that one of the wiper blades was not cleaning properly. The sales team coordinated with the service department and we were taken care of immediately and back on our way in 10 minutes. Amazing, as no one leaves a car service department within 10 minutes to have something fixed! Part of our transaction was for Coastal Kia to transport our previous car to our daughter in VT, a considerable distance to say the least. Even though the car arrived a day later than anticipated, it all turned out well and Coastal Kia delivered with integrity, a sure indicator for future service and recommendations. More

Communication and transparency could be improved. The price of the vehicle was not transparent at all, nor was it revealed until I said I was going to cancel the sale if I didn’t get a detailed expla The price of the vehicle was not transparent at all, nor was it revealed until I said I was going to cancel the sale if I didn’t get a detailed explanation. That is not a fair way to sell a car at all. Messages were not returned promptly or at all regarding the transport of our previous vehicle to our daughter in VT, which was part of the overall transaction. They had 2 weeks notice for a 9/6 delivery, yet on that day, there seemed to be a lack of an organized effort to meet that deadline. That was extremely disappointing since they phoned on Tuesday 9/2 to confirm the delivery date. On Friday 9/6, we were not receiving call backs on the status of the transport until about 6pm. Also, on our new registration, they have the insurance company incorrect. I will have to take the time to have that corrected. Since there were a few errors and a lack of transparency in the overall process, along with some communication issues, we feel our experience could have been better. All of our interactions, however, were in a professional, courteous and respectful manner, by the entire team at Coastal Kia. On a positive note, we had a defective wiper blade which was not sweeping the windshield properly. The replacement was handled with efficiency and coordination amongst team members from Heber to Howard in service. Once we arrived to have it replaced, we were on our way within 10 minutes. Had our entire experience gone as smoothly as the wiper replacement, we certainly would have been more pleased and would recommend to others. More

Cody was great to work with on purchasing the car. he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the many bells and whistles it came with. Long wait times on service but most of the staff was kind and accommodating. Nice to have the snacks and charging stations to charge your phone. Too many ppl booked for services at the same time. New car was not delivered clean. Windows were very smudged so driving the car home after dark was challenging due to glare.
