I grew up on farm in the big town of Pardeeville WI and moved to Madison 23 years ago. I started working with the Russ Darrow Auto Group back in July of 2002 and have been there ever since. I'm a certified KIA sales person but can cross sell from any of our 11 new car franchises and used vehicles. I love being able to help people with their transportation needs. I listen to the customers wants and needs and do my best to meet those expectations. I like to think I'm straight forward and right to the point. Giving the customer all the information needed to make an educated decision without being pushy. Some of my hobbies include biking, fishing, camping but my true passion is keeping and maintaining saltwater marine aquariums.

The only thing I didn't like I was forced to take add-ons I didn't want. Otherwise my experience was great. Clifford delivered everything he promised me I would definitely use him again. Russ Darrow is trying to charge $10,000 over MSRP now to any customer buying from them. We need to put a stop to this predatory practice. I would also say, this is incredibly short-sighted on the part of any customer buying from them. We need to put a stop to this predatory practice. I would also say, this is incredibly short-sighted on the part of a business. They could earn a customer for life or try to take advantage of us for a day. They chose to try to take advantage. My guess is that Russ Darrow won't be in Madison much longer. More
