I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was, without question, the worst and most frustrating car buying experience we’ve ever had. We spent weeks searching for the right vehicle for our son. Unfortunately, it happened to be at this dealership. From the very beginning, our salesperson, Michael Krumm, was incredibly disappointing. Communication was terrible. We constantly had be the ones to reach out. He never made us feel like he wanted our business, and several comments he made throughout the process were awkward and unhelpful. And at every opportunity, there was zero willingness to negotiate or work with us. At no point did he earn this commission. The vehicle gave it to him. We paid for our own independent pre-purchase inspection. It identified an issue that needed further diagnosis. Even with an independent inspection in hand, there was zero willingness to negotiate, discuss repairs, or even have a conversation about the findings. We were told, “It’s a used car,” and could either take it or leave it. Because it was the car we were looking for and it is a hard car to find, we ended up taking it, and will end up paying for the necessary repairs. The only positive thing I can say is that they were able to beat the interest rate on our pre-approved loan. However, the finance office did as they always do pushing hard with the usual sales pitch for overpriced add-ons and unnecessary protection packages, until we had to aggressively say NO! Two days after the vehicle was delivered, when we thought were were done and could put this dealership behind us, they discovered a title issue on their end that wasn’t caught until after the sale. Instead of resolving it before delivery, it became another inconvenience for our family to deal with. The employee who handled the situation did apologize and worked to correct it, but that didn’t change the fact that it should have never happened in the first place. Our son loves the vehicle, but that has nothing to do with this dealership’s sales experience or customer service. We bought it because they happened to have what we were looking for. The dealership didn’t earn our trust, and they certainly didn’t earn our recommendations or our future business. More

We were able to identify a vehicle make an appointment and it was ready waiting for us when we flew in. So far the experience has been one of our better automotive buying experiences ever.
