I was nervous to purchase my first car, but Russ Darrow Kia made the process easy. They were so helpful and nice the whole time I was shopping. Ryan worked with me on my budget and Mike made the process of shopping for a car fun. Mike even let me play basketball while we waited for paperwork. Russ Darrow also cares about how my car was going to perform after it left the dealership, which is something that you don’t see at many dealerships these days. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow for anyone looking to get a good deal on a reliable car and have a good experience shopping! More

I really hate looking for new cars. I dont do it very often, but everytime I do, its usually very irritating. This time was no different. I looked all over town and really didn't feel i was being treated often, but everytime I do, its usually very irritating. This time was no different. I looked all over town and really didn't feel i was being treated right. Customer service was never a car salesperson strong point from my experience. I really didnt intend on buying a car when i went into this dealership. I just wanted to see if i fit in the car and if the price was doable for my family. I wasn't in the mood for any dealer shenanigans, and quite honestly, to my surprise, I didnt get that here. I worked with Micheal Krum. He was fantastic!! He was very upfront about everything, he was extremely nice and friendly, and he listened to me (he brought me a car that showed he listened). He was also very good about demonstrating all the features at delivery...which I appreciated. I truly appreciated his style and salesmanship and recommend using him if you are buying a new kia. I also very much appreciated the manager Ryan Wondra. He really did a great job too. More
